Prof. Pat Utomi is a Nigerian political economist, entrepreneur, and leadership expert. He is the founder of the Centre for Values in Leadership (CVL) and co-founder of the Lagos Business School.
A former presidential candidate, he has served in academia, business, and government, advocating for economic development, good governance, and youth empowerment.
An author and public speaker, Utomi is passionate about leadership, enterprise, and nation-building.
Mrs. Ibukun Awosika
Mrs. Ibukun Awosika is a business leader, entrepreneur, and speaker. She is the founder/CEO of The Chair Centre Group and was the first female Chairman of First Bank of Nigeria (2015–2021).
A mentor and advocate for ethical leadership, entrepreneurship, and youth development, she serves on multiple boards and is a fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. She is also an author (The Girl Entrepreneurs, Business His Way) and a strong proponent of faith-driven leadership.
